This September we are delighted to announce the launch of longer opening hours for our Member Services team.
We are there to help our members, and longer hours mean our members will now have more flexibility in contacting us at a time more convenient for them.
During the summer we trialled longer opening hours. This trial was a resounding success, indicated by the positive feedback we received from our members.
We were pleased to be able to help members, who could contact us outside the usual office hours, at a time that was better suited for them and promised that we would look at permanently extending our opening hours.
As of 16 September 2019, we are delighted to announce that our Member Service team is now available Monday to Thursday 8am – 7pm and Friday 8am – 4pm.
