We are delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted in the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2019, for Best Customer Experience Award category.
The UK Customer Satisfaction Awards, organised by the Institute of Customer Service, recognise organisations and individuals that have implemented successful customer service strategies.
This award is open to any organisation that has implemented and developed a customer experience strategy, which has resulted in an improvement in the business performance of the company.
During the judging process, judges will look at the extent to which the strategy has been rolled out effectively, how customer experience has been measured across the organisation, the effect it has had on the customers and the impact on overall business performance.

Various organisations from across the UK have been shortlisted for 14 different categories. In the next stage, the finalists will be judged by industry experts, business leaders and academics.
The awards ceremony will take place at the Hilton Park Lane, in London on 5th March 2019. We look forward to attending the event and meeting other companies who, like us, champion their customers. Wish us luck!
