We are pleased to announce we have won the Highly Commended award in the Business of the Year (over £5 million) category at the Stockport Business Awards, which took place at the Stockport Town Hall last week.
The Stockport Business Awards, organised and run by Clarke Nicklin who are also based in Cheadle, celebrate business excellence within the Stockport Borough, in Manchester, with the hope of creating a business community in the area.
A key strength of the Stockport Business Awards is that it is organised and managed by businesses and business people, ensuring that there will be the creation of a long term legacy to benefit the regions businesses and entrepreneurs.
We had a great time attending the ceremony, which celebrated, showcased and rewarded some of the regions finest. It was also fantastic meeting other local businesses that were similar to us.
Here at Shepherds Friendly we continuously aspire to grow and develop ourselves by putting our members at the heart of the decisions we make, and so we are delighted to have been recognised and rewarded for that. Thank you for having us, we look forward to participating again next year.
