Shepherds Friendly is thrilled to announce its selection as a finalist for yet another award. This time it is the UK and European Employee Engagement Awards 2019, where we have been selected as finalists for the ‘Employee Engagement Company of the Year’ category.
The Employee Engagement Awards are dedicated to recognising excellence in engagement that inspires action and drives the industry and the employee experience forward.
The award takes into account a variety of aspects including, but not limited to, how companies invest in their people, care about the wellbeing of staff, reward those who work hard and involve their employees in the future of the business.
We have been chosen as finalists alongside E.On, Post Office, Heathrow, PKF Cooper Parry and Phonographic Performance Limited (PPL).
Our chief cultural officer, Nasrin Hossain, said:
